Video | A day in the jungle

Throughout a day of solitude at home, she follows an intimate story of taking isolation to new extremes.

Nadine Salib's debut feature documentary, "Um Ghayeb" (2014), was screened at more than 30 festivals worldwide and won a number of prizes, including the IDFA Jury Award for First Appearance and the FIPRESCI Award for best documentary at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival. She is currently working on her first feature narrative film, "The Land Beyond".

"Right here and now" is personal documentation of experiences and concerns as they are lived and felt. Poetic, quirky and cutting edge, these videos explore the nuances of being human today in the often bewildering world we all share, as individually captured through the unique lenses of auteur filmmakers.
