Video | Madame Ikhlas and her houseboat
Amid various court cases and lingering uncertainty over the fate of Kit Kat's residential houseboats, government agencies handed owners fines and notices of their imminent removal in mid-June. Madame Ikhlas' houseboat is now scheduled for removal on June 28, and at the time of publication, she had no alternative home to which she could relocate.
