Qorsya Island, an area of ​​about 139 acres, is a part of Dahab Island in Giza Governorate and is administratively following Giza. Qorsaya population is about 5 thousand people who work as farmers fishermen and other jobs. Most of the island's population is concentrated in the southern part of the island while the northern part consists of agricultural land, which is the area that has seen the conflict between the people and the army.
